I’ve been involved in the gym since 2006, and involved with the sport of Powerlifting since 2013.
I thought powerlifting looked cool because, well, I was always into weird shit. I was the quiet, alternative kid at school, so being into stuff other people weren’t into was my jam.
Since the start of my journey I’ve coached hundreds of lifters spanning over all levels and weight classes. I’ve coached National champions in both GPC and APU, as well as taken multiple lifters to Proraw at the Arnold classic.
I myself have competed at over 25 competitions, placed at Proraw, have been national champion, and have held the All-time Australian record for the total in the 90kg weight class.
Powerlifting was a way for me to express myself, something to be a part of, and has given me so much confidence over the years.
That’s why I became a coach.
So that I can help people experience what Powerlifting has to offer them.
