Pillars of Strength Training
An 8-week in-person program for women who are new to strength training, looking to learn how to safely and confidently perform the squat, bench press and deadlift.
Where: Apex Strength, Coburg North
When: Saturday mornings at 8am, starting May 24ᵗʰ
This program will be led by our newest Deken Strong coach, Emma Keith.
After 5 years of powerlifting and developing a deep passion for strength training, Emma is now bringing her expertise to the Deken Strong team as a strength and powerlifting coach. With her Cert III & IV in Personal Training and a current diploma in nutrition underway, Emma is dedicated to helping lifters of all levels feel empowered, strong, and supported—both inside and outside the gym.
